What is the progressive stamping?

Progress stamping is one of the production methods used to make parts with large quantity.  The molds or dies play a very important role in the stamping process.  The strip shows all the forming process.

What metal stamping parts do we currently make?

With the progressive stamping process, we make the expansion clips on our anchor bolts and the stainless washers for the valves.

What is our capacity of metal stamping?

Capacity for Stamping Parts: Thickness 0.3 mm to 5 mm
Outside Diameter: 90 mm Max.

Size: Custom (based on drawings)

What materials do we use?

Stainless Steels(A2, A4 hardened), Carbon Steels, Brass, Aluminum, and Copper

What equipment do we have when it comes to stamping?

Progressive Stamping(25 tons, 35 tons, 45 tons, 60 tons, 110 tons) and Short-Run Stamping.
